This tour encompasses visiting one of Belize’s most Popular Mayan Ruin, Enjoy a 2 ½ scenic drive through the hummingbird Highway up to Cayo District where we will cross the Macal river and the Mopan River on a hand operated ferry and meet up a guide who will give us insight on the Mayan history and traditions while we make our way up to the 130 foot high “El Castillo” where the view on top of the lush vegetation will take your breath away. We will stop for lunch at a local restaurant in san Ignacio and on the drive back we’ll visit St Herman’s Blue Hole where we will do a short hike through the jungle to get to the beautiful nature made pool which is perfect for an afternoon swim.
