As your hands get covered with cacao, Yona will be preparing  her finger licking Belizean  meals crafted from fresh, local ingredients and cooked using old mayan methods. From hand made tortillas to savory stews, her cooking is the kind that local rave about and after tasting her food you will too.

After your cultural feast the adventure deepens literally as you gear up to explore one of the region's stunning caves, considered sacred by the ancient mayan. eqquipped with helmets ,light and the guidance of expert locals, you'll hike and swim through cool, clear waters into the shadowy depths of the cave. These caverns, often referred to as the entrance of the xibalba, the mayan underworld,are filled with mystery, history and natural beauty from glittering stalactites to hidden chambers once used for rituals.
